yesterday was something else. :D i knew i didnt have to go to work since unilab had this corporate outing, so i asked my eco classmates/dp dudes to have lunch and maybe a movie at a *nearby* mall. :D
and so it is, we conceded to kris' request to watch Boso while kars and i continually irritated her by telling people that the movie's all about water pumping. :D :D
i wish i had a car yesterday to complete our convoy. three of us (abbie, kars, and kris) had their own wheels, leaving me with three choices on who to ride with.
i ended up with kris on her XP. yeah, baby.

abbie and i bought the tickets.
me (with abbie beside me): miss, apat po, sa cinema 8 girl selling the tickets: ay ma'am, ilang taon na po kayo? me (very VERY Surprised): ha? ah, 18. ay, teka, hindi, 20 na ko! girl: ma'am, sigurado po kayo ha? no refund po ito. *and so i felt compelled to show her my driver's license* girl: e ma'am, siya po? (referring to abbie) abbie: 20. *sabay labas ng driver's license din*
the girl finally sold us our four tickets. :D then, at the cinema entrance itself,
guard (looking at us): ma'am, 18 na po ba sila? me: *showed my driver's license again*
the guard looked at it quite long...and then said...
"ma'am, wala naman po yung age nyo dito"
malamang wala, chong, kasi, BIRTHDATE ang nasa lisensiya.

kris didn't want to divulge movie details so i will also keep my mouth (or my fingers) shut. it was a nice one, save for the fact that we were the ONLY girls watching, and the ONLY people seated together.
however, this has been bothering me since i saw it in the movie: Who wears lacy strapless bras under their white highshool uniform blouse?
