i just came back from my first (Araneta) UAAP game of the season: 2nd round ADMU-DLSU seniors basketball. oh yeah, we lost. by double digits, dude. the Blue Eagles lost their drive and the energy towards the end...and so the Green Archers were able to shoot, and shoot, and shoot...(and cheer, and cheer, and cheer) :( :(
then again, hope's not lost. there will be a DLSU-UE rematch on saturday. i hope and pray that the Taft contingent gets creamed, smashed, trampled, burned, skinned alive...hahaha! especially player number...nevermind. :D
ONE BIG FIGHT PA RIN!!! GO ATENEO!!!
special thanks to iking, karlo, abu, and abbie for the game tickets :D :D :D
the dudes and i had dinner at gateway after the game. inca, iking, and i took advantage of iking's pizza hut palm card and had 2 whole FAMILY SIZE pizzas for ourselves. 16 slices for three people. after having my share of 4 pizzas, i gave up. hindi naman dahil sa sobrang busog na ko. gusto ko lang ng frosty (ehem, kars) sa wendy's. im actually surprised how i managed to stay fairly OK after four thick crust slices. haha...considering that i wasn't really hungry. oh well.
the game was a some kinda culmination of my semi-hellish week. some people might raise their eyebrows on this, but it was an awful week for me. i had to handle having personal issues and serious relationship problems on top of two major long tests. i had my 2nd CS (subnetting, IP address routing, and network connectivity devices) long test yesterday. it was not so hard, but then i don't really have the heart for it...i can't forget the fact that i was FORCED to take this class because of some idiotic logic (uy rhyming!). oh well.
and then we also had our third philo long test on kant earlier today. kris repeatedly sang "God is watching us..." before the exam. i was not surprised to see some people with their cheat sheets (uy rhyming ulit!) inserted in every imaginable way into their blue books. how ironic. we're discussing conscience, deliberation, moral laws, and here comes my classmates with cheat sheets.
on friday until saturday, my theo group will work on our final student project for death-row convicts. haaay.

i hope that things get better next week. maybe not in terms of academic workload...since teachers seem to take pleasure in seeing their students get stressed over their respective subjects. uh...i just want release. God's tests are tough, but i gotta prove that im tougher. and well, it's not easy.

oh, and by the way, if someone was really sharp about some things that were said today, wala na, chong. sh*t, bistado na ko. ayoko na tuloy sa kanya. hindi na ako magtataka kung malaman niya. haaaaaaay. life.
