eight years ago, while preparing my things in the mini-theatre after having my grad picture taken, i learned one of the greatest lessons in life.
unknown grade 7 batchmate: "...thank you po."
ms. peypoch (to unknown batchmate): sige, you're welcome.
photographer (to ms. peypoch): mabait po yung bata...
ms. peypoch (to photographer): hindi lang siya mabait...edukada.
we can say many things, yet most of the time, a simple gratitude is all that needs to be heard.
